I get this message "The server did not reply in the given fourth dimension frame" when I'm trying to connect to smartphones (all updated with latest app versions) and my Windows 7 client as well. I can still connect to computers, though, so that's where nosotros differ.
Also, didn't have whatever of these problems earlier, neither with computers nor smartphones. Something is up, probably with the new update.

It works some days, some days not. Very weird, just I guess they are working on it. After forcing a Teamviewer Windows update final time (in other words, installing the accented latest Teamviewer version I could discover). I managed to make that work the same hr, so should exist a correlation, but this seems to be pretty random, to be honest. I don't think information technology's our fault, it's something with their servers, but still, updating can't be harmful.
Before that, though, I had no success with newest versions, but maybe they have figured something out It's getting better at least, hasn't happened for a few days here at present. So be sure to update the server, your remote overlord, besides as the clients' apps (quick support and quick support add-on <model> of course). Don't know if the last tip helps, merely information technology should, one would imagine.

I had the same problem today afterwards updating the teamviewer-app on my pc. I solved it past accident. It happened when I wanted to click on the "me too' button in this topic. I had to log in with my browser and then got a message that my pc had to be added every bit 'trusted device'. Teamviewer sent me an electronic mail with a link to add my pc to 'trusted devices'. Later that suddenly the app could log in too.
I googled the issue and plant this commodity from the 'Knowledge base': https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Cognition-Base/What-is-Trusted-Devices-for-your-TeamViewer-account/ta-p/4707
I didn't get the pop-upwardly mentioned in the article logging in with the app, but I did go it with my browser (management console).
I hope this solves it for everyone...

I'm on ubuntu and this happens from time to fourth dimension. I cannot figure out why, but doing a
sudo apt remove --purge teamviewer # The --purge office is important
and reinstalling works for me.

Success! Teamviewer13 works once more on MacOS 10.12 - I can log in over again :-) and communicate with the other computers (Windows and MacOS) in my grouping.
Process:
- Use AppCleaner (of course, there are other tools to do this chore) to completely wipe the TV files from my arrangement
- empty trash
- download and install Teamviewer13
I am using the costless service.

I had been dealing with this same issue for weeks!
A mix of solutions worked for me.
I used CCleaner to completely remove both TeamViewer app & Malwarebytes.
Subsequently reinstalling the latest version of TeamViewer, I was able to login to the app. FINALLY...
